What it is:
How well the sound frequency response follows its own sound profile. The sound profile curve used is a smoother version of its own frequency response. Therefore, the peaks and dips represent the "wiggles" of the frequency response. The calculations are done between 20Hz and 10kHz.
When it matters:
When you want to hear all the frequencies without overemphasis.
